Who is Tounge? He is supposed to be Swedish, some say he owns a network of hundreds of Cyber Criminals, nobody every saw or worked for him. Nobody believed he was real. Some even say hes an urban legend.

Tounge, a/k/a Scarf, was an individual who started appearing around massive networks such as [AnonOps] Other IRC Networks, Scarf gained traction and attention in various [cyber crime] communities when he was seen placing calls to numerous government installations in an attempt to troll them on the Skype platform, where he went under the handle Scarf, Admin, and Tongue / Tounge.

It was noted that in late 2019, It was suspected that Scarf may had been arrested on charges of breaching a [United States Coast Guard] Employee Portal, this was never confirmed and no articles ever surfaced.

To this day, it is unsure if Scarf is still around, Some suspect he conducts business-like activities on [the Telegram] Platform now. The only way to identify the Real Tounge is by his phrase word [yahurd] and boss up
Scarf is supposed to have many names, Some people speculate he also went by the monikers Tongue, [ZZ6], and Lilith.

The last sighting of Scarf was in 2020, When he supposedly surfaced back on the internet on an IRC network called AfterNet.

The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didnt exist. And like that, poof. Hes gone.

The tongue is a muscular organ in the mouth of a typical tetrapod. It manipulates food for mastication and swallowing as part of the digestive process, and is the primary organ of taste. The tongues upper surface (dorsum) is covered by taste buds housed in numerous lingual papillae. It is sensitive and kept moist by saliva and is richly supplied with nerves and blood vessels. The tongue also serves as a natural means of cleaning the teeth. A major function of the tongue is the enabling of speech in humans and vocalization in other animals.
The human tongue is divided into two parts, an oral part at the front and a pharyngeal part at the back. The left and right sides are also separated along most of its length by a vertical section of fibrous tissue (the lingual septum) that results in a groove, the median sulcus, on the tongues surface.
There are two groups of muscles of the tongue. The four intrinsic muscles alter the shape of the tongue and are not attached to bone. The four paired extrinsic muscles change the position of the tongue and are anchored to bone.
