    To have totally fucked something up. Usually by doing something stupid. Specifically used to describe technology that is broken.

      Something is borked when it doesnt work correctly or misbehaves, generally due to negligence by the person(s) that are responsible for it.

      Etymology: Combine one part broken and one part Swedish Chef and you get borked.

              In computer software borked is usually synonomous with fucked up beyond all recognision, but usually has been delibratly done by someone who is incompatant.

              This use of borked is rooted in the traditional defination, to obstruct by defimation

                When something isnt working, or messes up. Can also replace the F word when used to express annoyance or frustration.

                Also applicable: borking, bork

                  A term used to describe writing loaded with misspelllings, transposed letters and misspaced words (i.e. suppose dto) where any attempt to read it, as written, aloud sounds like the Swedish Chef.

                    a refrence to supreme court justice nominee Robert Bork, who was never passed through the senate due to his conservative views. He was nominated by Ronald Raegan. borked means literally to get stuck or screwed.
