Shout Out and Hip Hop History - FYI:
DNA, coined the phrase Shout Outs in the fall of 1984; while producing a Rap Radio Show on the former WHBI 105.9fm radio station in New York City.

On Saturday-May 25,1985 DNA Created, Produced and Hosted his own, All Rap Music - Radio Show with his assistant DJ-Hank Love and various other DJs he help to discover... The Radio Show was called The DNA-Hank Love Show... from (May,1985 - November,1992)

NOTE: Where the phrase SHOUT-OUT / SHOUT-OUTS, which DNA coined became World-Famous... (Now This is Hip Hop History...)
