    It literally means Grandma in Russian.
    The reason I bring this up, is because Americans tend to mispronounce the word.
    It should be BAH-bushka, not ba-BOOSH-ka.

                Universal term used for human infants and toddlers who physically appear extremely cute, chunky, adorable and tubby-bubby. The word Babushka is a term of extreme endearment.

                  Originally a name for a Russian doll, or an old Russian woman. (EG - Grandmother, Mother-In-Law, Etc)

                  Also, quite possibly sounds like another name for pubes.

                        refers to an older woman who manages a brothel or some other form of prostitution for profit. Synonymous with [madam], [lady pimp], [pimpstress], [mama-san], [mother superior], and jokingly a [matchmaker].

                        The word comes from Russian, literally meaning grandma (although originally the stress is on the first syllable: BAH-bush-ka), probably cause a lot of prostitutes in Western Europe (who later become babushkas) used to come from Eastern Europe.
