    A misspelling of the french word [Touché]. Originally a [fencing] it meaning touch which is called out when one scores a point, it has since become used to acknowledge a quick, appropriate verbal response.

      Pretty much a fancy word for saying good reply or thats quite a good comeback. Usually said to a person or persons after they had a good comeback equivalent or better to what you said.

              The meaning of toshay is like getting a fight with a boy like for example: i cleaned the bathroom and when u cleaend the bathroom you have to use to use the bathroom and you have to use the bathroom AGAIN and then someone says AAAAA you just cleaned the bathroom. boy: but i cleaned it! and then tushay its kinda agrreng with someone
