An ancient Cornish word, that has recently come back into use. It is used to describe an attractive woman, and it's roots can be traced back to various meanings, amongst them - beautiful, fun-loving and ever-young. Perhaps its most suitable modern equivalent is Lovely, although some Cornish scholars maintain this to be an understatement.
