The ethmoidal artery is a branch of the ophthalmic artery, originating from the internal carotid artery. It supplies blood to parts of the nose, eyes, and ethmoid sinuses in the skull. There are two types of ethmoidal arteries - the anterior and posterior ethmoidal arteries which supply the frontal sinus, anterior and middle ethmoidal air cells.
