Epilobium Canum Canum, also known as California Fuchsia, is a subspecies of woody perennial plants from the family Onagraceae. Native to dry slopes and in chaparral of western North America, this plant species is known for its silver foliage and bright red or orange tubular flowers, which usually bloom in mid to late summer until first frost. It is drought-resistant and is often used for xeriscaping (landscaping in ways that reduce the need for water). It attracts hummingbirds and is a significant source of nutrition for them. This plant usually grows up to around 2 to 4 feet in height.
