Entandrophragma cylindricum, commonly known as sapele or sapele mahogany, is a large tree species native to tropical Africa. The sapele tree can grow up to 45 meters or more in height, with a trunk diameter of up to 2.4 meters. It belongs to the Meliaceae family.
