A small city in Northern Michigan that is also home to a military base and one of the best state parks in Michigan known as [Hartwick] Pines. It was formerly a logging camp. The architecture and city infrastructure is like a time capsule from the 1950s. Quite a few activities do in the area. They were about to build a theme park there. Just about everyone coming from Detroit or Lansing going to Traverse city has to go through it. About 10 Miles north of Higgins Lake. Home to [Spikes] Keg ONails. Better than [Kalkaska].
