cliquedom- An inner-clique/inner-circle of a closed group, where you are either in or out. Those on the inside consider themselves elite and special to the lower cast outside to which they [look down] upon. The group it typified with a closed self-supporting [mind set] and is not that open to change (or a difference of opinion).
Best thought of as a [Clique] Kingdom.
