Someone who uses sexual partners as a mode of transportation, be it literal or in the [social climbing] sense. Originally defining an animal who travels by swinging [vine] to vine, in this case they [swing by] something much more readily found in an urban environment: penis. Much the same as the traditional Brachiator, they rarely let go of someone before grabbing a hold of the next.
