In prison, [kiestering] smuggling in the ass usually accounts for a small portion of the contraband. Most inmates only [kiester] something if [they are coming] through Visiting or from outside the prison. Once they are inside they dont have to worry as much about being strip searched since they are often just given a pat-down so the need to kiester is less important.
