Primary bone tumors are much less common than metastatic bone tumors, particularly in adults. Primary bone tumors include multiple myeloma, osteosarcoma, adamantinoma, chondrosarcoma, chordoma, Ewing sarcoma of bone, fibrosarcoma and undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, lymphoma of bone, and malignant giant cell tumor.
