It’s when someone can move their eyes really fast and basically twitch them [side to side]. It’s a [genetic] [mutation]. And asking someone how they do it is like asking how someone can move their finger. I have this mutation, and it can limit eye sight and gives the person a higher chance of having really bad vision.
