Forward dive piked

Forward dive piked in Diving. The arms are raised up and the legs are straightened. They are then drawn forward to move the body into a piked position with the hands touching the toes. Holding this position until the trunk rotates bringing the upper body near vertical, they then open out with the legs lifting and the arms moving forward to a point above the head for entry.
