Drop upstart in Mens Gymnastics - Parallel Bars. Maneuver started with a forward swing that moves into a deep pike by raising the legs toward the chest. The shoulders are then dropped backward with the body fully turning while underneath the bars, to then move into a deep pike again before going into an upswing that lifts the body high into a V support with the hips extended to bring the back down.
