Front shears

Front shears in Mens Gymnastics - Pommel Horse. From the pendulum swing position, the left leg is swung upward behind the left shoulder then across the horse to create a straddled pendulum swing. The weight is then put onto the left arm, and the right leg can then swing upward and behind the right shoulder. The left leg is then taken back across the horse and the right leg crosses the horse to start the downward swing in front of the horse.
