Shooting position in Shooting - Rapid Fire Pistol Shooting. Absolutely no support is allowed in this event and the weapon must be held in one hand, allowing the wrist to operate freely. Until the target faces the shooter, the gun must be pointed downwards at an angle of 45 degrees. The shooter may raise the pistol the target begins to face. Leather bracelets and any other types of protection are prohibited around the wrist area.
