Single ballet-leg position in Synchronized Swimming. A swimmer starts off in a back layout. One leg takes up the bent-knee position and is straightened until it becomes vertical. Their hips, knees and toes should all be in a straight line. When the leg is returned to the bent-knee position, the thigh must remain vertical.
