Standard scull in Synchronized Swimming. A propeling scull movement used for traveling headfirst. The swimmer begins in a back layout with the body extended and the face, hips, knees and toes at the surface. The arms are held at the side with straight elbows, with the wrists hyperextended. The hands make a figure-eight movement.
