Weigh-in in Weightlifting. The bodyweight of the lifters is determined at the weigh-in. For international competitions lifters are weighed two hours before the start of the tournament. The weigh-in takes place in front of three appointed referees, one official from the lifters team and the competition secretary. If the lifter is too heavy, they have one hour from the start of the weigh-in to reduce their to the correct limit.
