Floor exercise in Womens Gymnastics. Performed by a gymnast on a specially strung matted area measuring 13yd x 13yd. She will perform to music and will have to perform the most current compulsory exercise, which has been laid down by the FIG. Each gymnast can then perform an optional exercise, which is made up of elements chosen by them that meet the relevant guidelines.
