Everybodys favourite asshole. This is the type of person who makes sure that THEY are the ones who get to do every last [crossword] in the sunday papers, even if YOU bought the damn paper yourself. Can be widened in meaning to [encompass] anybody who has a tendency to make sure they get all the enjoyment out of something which is quite trivial, yet [in principle] is still quite important.
