[Microscopic] Dolfinular is a disease that has so far been proven harmless. This disease is is cause by a harmless parasite that appears as a [microscopic] [neon blue] dolphin that the feeds off bacteria and swims through the blood stream. This disease which has only been found in males causes the them to occasionally emit blue semen.
