Alt left

In the view of [alt right] supporters, the far left is in fact the whole left, with the [classical liberal] non existent. The alt left is the [Antifa] group who typically show up at rallies, demoralise graves, etc. They are also perceived as conspiracy theorists (there are rumours that they protest against a Zionist agenda) and dangerously increasing leaking into the rest of the left (much like how the alt right has been perceived by more mainstream figures in society over the past few years, although this implies also that they are self sustaining/somewhat bullet proof to opposition as well, which Antifa isnt), hence the alt. In fact, they are a crazy yet small activist group who the alt right have managed to popularise through demonstrating ego with them at riots and bringing them up in speeches, lectures, news, etc.
