ntroversion is a temperament. its inbuild and cannot be changed. It makes up the special you. Introverted people gain their energy from their own, complexed [inner world], and tend to feel exhausted when they have to interact A LOT with people. (exrtoverted people gain their energy from the people around them)Whereas shyness is a form of anxiety. Its when you worry about what people will think, say or do about you if you do something. Its a symptom caused by many many factors, while [Introversion] is JUST YOU.
