Ubiquitous porcupine

An Ubiquitous [Porcupine] is someone who is always annoyingly close. Theyre someone who you have way too much awkward eye contact, accidental run [ins], and conversations but ins with. Typically, the U.P. will have annoying spiky hair that sticks up like a [porcupine] [quills] does. The U.P. just always seems to somehow appear wherever you decide to go, no matter how unlikely it is that they should be there.
