Arizona Governor Jan [Brewers] nick name. Baroness Bomburs is the villain queen of the land of [Vulgaria] who orders the imprisonment of all children in the movie Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
Baroness Bomburs (aka Gov Jan Brewer) considers a bill that would require schools to report undocumented children. The children will then be lured by candy and toys into a wagon by a long nosed man called the Child Catcher (aka Sheriff Joe [Arpaio]). The children are then indefinitely imprisoned, never to see their parents again.
