The filtrate of [Bak Kut Teh] (Famous [Malaysian] Pork Cuisine). The left over soup of Bak Kut Teh is filtered with filter paper to obtain a type of oil. The major composition of the oil is pig. Melted pig flesh to be exact, due to high temperature needed to cook Bak Kut Teh. Commonly used to make lime flavoured candy due to high [Vitamin C] content.
