Answer phones, e-mails, voicemail, letters, sign for packages, write their name, and handle problems that shouldnt be handled by them to save anyone else from talking to that one annoying person on the phone. Will work their [butts] off, and still seem like theyre not doing much. Have impeccable style, and arent afraid to tell you how it is. Dont piss off the receptionist, she does talk to the higher [ups], and your name will come up.
