When a Large room is filled with work cubicles, so as, to [isolate] [office workers] from the sights and noises of an open workspace. With the theory being that this allows workers more privacy and helps them to concentrate without distractions. This is a way to maximize the effeciency of [open space] in the cheapest way possible.
