If you go to any medical-scientific dictionary you will find hypophrenia means mentally retarded.
However, a lot of dumb 12 year olds on tumblr think it means a [vague] feeling of sadness, seemingly without cause . causing them to write sad little posts and desperate asks on [yahoo answers] about their hypophrenia and how to [get rid of it]
