Situated apparently in reverse order, as strata when foldedback upon themselves by upheaval. Inverted arch (Arch.), an archplaced with crown downward; -- much used in foundations.

The term used in first person shooters where controls for vertical looking are reversed. Example: Pressing up on the control stick looks down and vice versa. Most commonly found in Halo games although only a small percentage actually play inverted.
