In Australia, it is a derogatory word denoting a person who saps all the fun out of any given situation. Derived from the temperance movement in Australia and New Zealand at the turn of the C20th, when it was hurled as an accusation towards conservative teetotallers who were too prim and proper to relax and socialise, it has become a more generic term that can be assigned to any straight bore lacking a sense of humour, especially petty bureaucrats and Aussies politicians.

A wowser is someone that hangs out at Your house, and makes everyone uncomfortable, know to help himself to the fridge, sure he may do the odd job to help out but usually ends in it costing you somehow.... Also uses the word wow way too much

Originaly from the movie/show Inspecter gadget, it would be Inspecter [Gadgets] word when he would solve a clue or something very hard. Just like [jinkies] from scooby doo. This word can have two meanings, one for surprise
or shock and the other as a [sexual slang] word for sperm.
This word is rarely used in any case. Its mostly made fun of or to crack jokes with.
