    verb: To snits someone, for example, lapes, is to scream, talk, and sing to people whilst hanging out of the window of your car as you drive by them. It often topped off with the car horn being pressed at the same time.

        A time honored tradition that occurs upon the years first sight of snow in which you may ask any female you encounter to show her breasts. It is widely thought to have originated during the early American colonial period somewhere within the New England colonies. The term was formed by combining the words Snow and Tits.
