A phrase most commonly stated after a particularly clever comment, ex: a pun, a dis, in rare cases a well placed your mom or sos your face or Thats what she said.

It is often associated with a third party, having heard said clever comment in anothers conversation.

Used in place of other put down-ish phrases, such as, You just got served or Oh snap! or PWNED! etc.
