Lots of people think that Buddhism is a religion, but in fact some Christians, Catholics, Muslims, and Jews (just to name a few <a href="/topic/220298/religions">religions</a>) follow the Buddhist philosophy.<br />
I say this because everyone seems to think that Buddhism is purely a religion.  Its more like a way of life, but you can find some mysticism in it.</p>

MAGGA - The cessation of suffering is achieved by following Ariya-Atthangika-Magga, the Noble Eightfold Path</p>
<p dir="auto">The Noble Eightfold Path consists of the following eight categories of proper conduct, divided into three broad areas:<br />
Widsom--Panna</p>
<p dir="auto">Right Understanding--samma ditthi</p>
<p dir="auto">Right Thought--samma sankappa</p>
<p dir="auto">Morality--Sila</p>
<p dir="auto">Right Speech--samma vaca</p>
