Most notably used on the top of cheese pizza.</p>
<p dir="auto">Not to be confused with dabbing... someone degreasing will press down hard enough on the top of a pizza slice with a paper towel to make the sauce and ingredients spill out the side, where dabbers will just gently dab off the grease sitting on the very top of the cheese.</p>
