[Consolization] can often be a result of [porting] a console game to PC and may often be accompanied by sloppy optimization and widespread technical issues of all kinds.<br />
It may also less literally mean <a href="/topic/232546/cheapened">cheapened</a> or simplified and can, as such, sometimes be applied even to certain console games.</p>
